Organizing a wedding can be difficult, but we've created a simple tool to make everything easier and help things go more smoothly.
We know all about the questions, doubts and concerns of bridal couples, so our idea here was to set out the different decisions to be made under different categories.
We will deal with each point in just the right way, and in the end you will realize that organizing your wedding will be fun, exciting and not nearly as difficult as you may have thought at the beginning.
Our wedding planning tool is online, however it is limited to use by those who have already reserved here at Villa San Crispolto or at Villa Baroncino.
As you know, there are a lot of things to do, a lot of people to contact and, more importantly, plenty of research to do for the best offers at the lowest price for your special day.
We will be your "eyes" here in Italy: we will try to understand all your needs and help you fulfill them.
To do this we will exchange many e-mails, we will give you many phone callings and spend many hours in front of our computers.
We are very happy to do this.
We will do our best by searching and making phone callings, traveling around to find what is needed to fulfill your requests here in Italy.
In the months ahead we will organize weddings using the famous "8 steps" system.
We guarantee you that with our "8 steps" system you can easily organize your wedding as described above.
Following a pre-established path in a way that nothing will be forgotten you will:
- be assisted step by step with the accommodation of all your guests at the villa and not only;
- be assisted in the choice of the proper date, time and venue of the most suitable ceremony for you;
- be assisted in the choice of the catering, bar, wine and decorations of the reception part;
- be assisted in the choice of the photographer and video for the most important day of your life;
- be assisted in the choice of the flowers for the bridal bouquet and flower decorations for the ceremony and reception;
- be assisted in the choice of the hairstylist and makeup artist for the beauty of the bride and bridal party;
- be assisted in the choice of the music that will be the soundtrack of the ceremony, reception and party;
- be assisted with the transportation and the necessary connections to organize in a smooth way the entire wedding day;
