This system will take you step by step through the process of organizing your wedding. The following are the steps you will pass through:
- Step 1 - defining the rental period and guest accommodations
- Step 2 - defining the date of your wedding and type of ceremony
- Step 3 - defining the details of your wedding reception
- Step 4 - the wedding photographer and video
- Step 5 - the floral arrangements
- Step 6 - hair and makeup
- Step 7 - defining the musical entertainment
- Step 8 - transportation for the wedding party
Once you login, you will be taken to the first step on the list that has yet to be completed. You will not be able to go on to the next step until the previous one has been defined and closed.
Enter the details for the current step and click Submit. This will record your requirements and will also send an email notification to Romantic Italian Weddings.
At this point you should wait for a reply. If you need to add more details before receiving a reply, simply login to the system. You will see your requirements just as you entered them. However, once recorded, you will not be able to change what has already been entered. Instead, at the bottom of the page you will find a place to add a reply to Romantic Italian Weddings. Use this to add or change details for the current step. Each time you reply, Romantic Italian Weddings will receive an email notification.
We feel it is best for both parties to keep a record of all correspondence in this way.
Romantic Italian Weddings will respond to your requests and confirm the details of each step. You will receive an email notification upon each reply. Once the details for the step have been confirmed, it will be marked as closed and you will be able to go on to the next step.
You will still be able to view closed steps but will not be able to make any changes. If you need to change something on a previous step, use the Reply button on the current step to let us know.
