When guests arrive, they are offered cocktails near the pool, with a buffet of delicious appetizers. The space is divided into several areas. In one area, there is a frying pan that is over 4 feet wide, where vegetarian, meat and fish tidbits are fried on the spot, for an array of hot hors d’oeuvres that are served by waiters walking among the guests in the aperitif area. This area is set up with wicker tables and chairs.
Following aperitifs, the guests move on to the service area, set up with round tables seating 8 to 10 people, as required. There is a wide variety of tableware and equipment to meet every need, and different ambiences can be created, from country-style to refined, also adapting the menu and wine. Everything is handled by a staff of professional waiters, as the catering service boasts 35 years of experience.
Service can end with dessert served at the table or with a dessert buffet, with a mouthwatering array of homemade specialties.
