Catering Tonino with a buffet menu
The following is a description illustrating how a wedding reception featuring a buffet menu can be organized at Villa San Crispolto by Catering Tonino of Cortona:
Aperitifs will be served around the pool, with a view of the Lake Trasimeno on the east and west sides. Waiters will walk among the guests serving canapés and drinks. The group will then move towards the villa where, on the east terrace, guests will have a view of the lake.
A string quartet, band or, if desired, music selected from CDs will accompany dinner.
Guests will be served in the park of the villa, where they can enjoy the buffet service with a wide choice of specialties.
The caterer will organize an area with tables and chairs for the number of guests present, so that each guest will have his or her own seat.
The service will be elegant, in keeping with the occasion. The only difference with respect to the other two menus is that the guests serve themselves.
After dessert, coffee, liqueurs and grappa will be served.
