Villa San Crispolto is a historic villa located on Lake Trasimeno in Umbria on the border with Tuscany. The villa was
originally built in the 13th century and has been beautifully restored and furnished with antiques befitting the style and history of the villa.
With 12 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 25 guests, Villa San Crispolto offers a unique setting for the wedding party. Enjoy magnificent views of Lake Trasimeno and the Umbrian countryside from the villa.
The grounds of Villa San Crispolto feature manicured gardens, olive groves and a private swimming pool. This is a spectacular setting for outdoor weddings.
There is also a deconsecrated 13th century chapel that can be used for non-Catholic wedding ceremonies.

With 9 apartments and accommodations for up to 38 guests, Villa Baroncino can be the perfect location for the wedding party.
We may accomodate at Villa Baroncino property 38 + 12 guests, 38 in the main Villa and in the near future (Winter - 2007) we will restore an annex separate 30 meters from the main Villa, that will accomodate 12 in total. It will be ready for Easter 2008.
From "Villa Baroncino" it will be easy for you to reach the most important cities of Italian art and history.
For example: Perugia (20 minutes by car), Gubbio, Assisi and Todi (40 minutes); Orcia Valley (a half of an hour); Florence, Spoleto and Siena (one hour), Rome (one hour and half).
You will also have the possibility to visit the island of the Trasimeno Lake, thanks to a very efficent ferry service.
"Villa Baroncino" gives you the opportunity to take part to the farm activity during the periods of september and october for the grape-harvest and november and december for the olive-harvest.
In this way you'll have the opportunity to taste personally a product of such a great quality as well as our products always are.

Lake Trasimeno - the best of Tuscany and Umbria
The villa is located in Umbria on the border with Tuscany overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The nearest town,
Passignano sul Trasimeno, is full of shops and restaurants as well as ferries to the lake's islands.
The location of the villa makes it perfect for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. Day trip possibilities range from the Chianti wine region in Tuscany to the Umbrian town of Assisi, from the Tuscan towns of Cortona and Siena to the Roman and Etruscan sites in Umbrian city of Perugia.
