Buffet Menu Michelangelo at the Villa
The following is an example of how the reception can be organized with menu Michelangelo from Catering Giuliano at Villa San Crispolto:
Aperitifs will be served around the pool, with a view of the Lake Trasimeno on the east and west sides. Waiters will walk among the guests serving canapés and drinks. The group will then move towards the villa where, on the east terrace with a view of the lake.
A string quartet, band or, if desired, music selected from CDs will accompany the dinner.
Guests will gather in the gardens of the villa where they will be able to sample choices from the buffet.
The caterer will organize an area with tables and chairs with the right number for the size of the reception. Each guest will have their seat.
The service will be elegant and suited to the occasion with the only difference from the other menus (Raffaello and Medici) being that this is a buffet and therefore the guests will serve themselves.
After dessert, coffee, liqueurs and grappa will be served.
