Do wedding packages include the guest’s accommodation costs? We are considering the classic or charming package but it is not clear to us what type of accommodation is included in the package vs what is not.
The wedding packages include the wedding couple accommodation in the wedding suite for the entire week.
The guest’s accommodation is not included in the wedding packages as normally the guests pay for their own accommodation. Please check our Wedding Prices page to see the costs for the guest’s accommodation.
Can we amend the wedding packages proposed or are these set packages? What flexibility is there within the packages? Do we have to choose one of those, or can we create our own?
The wedding packages can be upgraded to include more expensive services or services that are not part of the package. It’s not possible to remove any of the services included or choose a service that is less expensive then the ones included. No, you do not have to choose one of the three packages propose if you don’t want to, and you can always opt for the customized wedding planning. You are free to make changes as long as the wedding planning is open until 30 days before you arrive here.
We are looking at a maximum of no more than 30 guest, charming package villa San Crispolto. Do we need to have the minimum of 40 guests?
No, if you have 30 people instead of 40. You do not need to pay for a minimum of 40 adults. The cost of the reception meal is calculated per person, and if you have 30 adults you will be paying for 40 for their reception meal.
We like to take a package but is it possible to rearrange the services available? For example, if we would take the luxury package there are a lot of things we wouldn’t need such as videographer and photographer, would then the quotation change according to our needs?
You can always upgrade and add more services to all the wedding packages proposed. It’s not possible to remove any of the services included though and so you cannot remove the videographer or photographer as are part of the wedding services included in the package.
Do we have to rent a villa in order to do a wedding package?
Yes, you do. It’s not possible to book one of our wedding packages without renting the villa. We only organise weddings at our 2 villas, villa Baroncino and Villa San Crispolto.
Are there any additional accommodations nearby that you would recommend, for extra guests?
Yes, we can recommend additional accommodation in the town near by for all those guests that are not staying with you at Villa Baroncino or villa San Crispolto.
How do the payments for the accommodation work? i.e., do we technically rent out the suites to the guests, or do they pay you directly?
The villa is rented exclusively to the wedding couple and you can decide who will be staying with you at the villa, how to accommodate your guests at best, and how to collect the money from your guests and pay us afterwards. We cannot accept payments coming directly from your own guests.
Does the venue need to be hired for a full week? Is there a minimum stay?
Not all the villa apartments have to be rented for the week. The rental of the villa is exclusive from Saturday to Saturday and the minimum accommodation required is renting villas 1-2-3 for the week and all the other apartments for 2 nights minimum.
Villa Baroncino, sunflower season, requires a minimum of 3 nights for all the villas 4-12 & wedding suite.
Until what time can the guest have a dance party?
The party starts at about 8.30pm and lasts until 1.30am.
Which days of the week during our stay can we get married?
On Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in accordance to our availability.
Can we visit the villas before securing our dates?
Yes, you are free to Visit the villa and during the wedding season, we always schedule the visits on Saturday at 2:30 PM. Always check our availability before booking flights to come over.
Would it be possible to meet up with you and discuss dates and prices please?
Yes, usually when couples are interested in our villas, we schedule a video call where we discuss dates, prices, wedding packages details and we reply to all the questions that the wedding couple could have. This will be a private video call with one couple at a time.

Are we able to choose our own vendors or are we restricted to what you offer us?
If you choose to have the customized wedding planning, you are free to have your own photographer, video florist, hairdresser etc. It won’t be possible to have your own catering company or DJ.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit requested to book with us is € 2640.
Not sure on the amount of people attending our wedding, when do we need to confirm numbers?
At the moment of booking, a couple cannot know how many people they will have at their wedding. The deadline to confirm the final number of guests is at 30 days before your check in date.
