Cortona Town Hall Ceremonies

In addition to our beautiful villas, we’re also delighted to offer Cortona Town Hall, an extravagant and historic setting fit for the finest of Italian weddings.

Cortona Town Hall is a wonderful wedding venue, both inside and out. This splendid 13^th Century building boasts a spectacular frescoed ceiling and a prominent location in the centre of Cortona, facing onto an attractive medieval square. It’s undoubtedly one of the grandest and most historic Town Halls in Tuscany and makes for a fabulous wedding venue.

First class hospitality in a stunning historic setting

Should you choose Cortona Town Hall as the venue for your wedding, yours will be the only ceremony to take place there that day and the hall will be made available to you for photos after the service.

Services are conducted in Italian, by the mayor or a borough council clerk, with English translation courtesy of our interpreter. You’re welcome to include special readings and music in the service.

After the service the ceremony will be celebrated with a champagne toast and the happy couple will be presented with a special gift from the Municipality of Cortona.
