Self Catering Accommodation. Your self catering accommodation has been chosen for you by the wedding couple, you are in charge to provide items personally; on request we can supply you with cleaning services and change of linens. A set of cleaning things for the bathroom is provided!

Accommodation Issues. WhatsApp us and we’ll deal with it straight away. Our policy is to solve the problem ASAP instead of receiving a complain after you’re gone. 

Heating&Air Conditioning are chargeable locally, meaning you’ll have to pay for the use made. If moderate use the cost is a few Euros only but please be mindful to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room. 

No cost are applied for Water, Electricity and Gas

Safety Box:  use the safety box for your personal belongings.

Lock the doors and windows when leaving the room.

Don’t leave the light on/ window open, this will attract insects and other unwanted visits.  

Objects & furnishings should not be moved from one apartment to another. 

Prior check out blankets, pillows, towels, glassware, kitchenware must be in place as when you arrived.

Use plastic garbage bags for waste collection. Take them on the back of the red car next to the garage. Glass must be disposed properly. 

Damages: a safety deposit has been withheld to cover potential damages. The venue manager must be notified straight away if anything has been damaged!

Check out on Saturday must be made within 10am. The next group  will arrive only 6 hours after your departure, time is essential  to clean everything perfectly. We apologize for being  rigid on this matter but we must strictly respect the time indicated.

Each morning delivery between 7/8am (if pre-ordered): provides fresh bread, croissants, pizzas etc.

Here at your Villa there is the possibility to receive delicious pastries, croissants, pizzas and bread every morning !!

To receive the baker’s van visit at breakfast time:

• Order the products you want to receive every day before 10 pm in our chat room.

•You will receive the answer with the confirm of the order.

•The total price will be paid cash at the end of the week to the Venue manager.

• If we don’t receive any orders, the baker will not pass the next morning.

•The baker in his van will also have other products in case you want to increase your purchase, but the products ordered the evening before must be purchased compulsorily.

The restaurant also offers a free shuttle between the villa and the restaurant, check with Marco, Cristina or Juna for details.
