Hog Roast
Organize a relaxing delicious meal with your guests. Hog Roast is a traditional meal of central Italy and its preparation consists in barbecuing a whole hog that is afterwards spiced with salt, pepper, aromatic herbs, fennel, garlic, rosemary and wine.
We will serve the hog roast on a large plate decorated with fruits and vegetables. It is taken out from the oven just a couple of hours before. It is served afterwards by our waiter in slices as a main dish or as sandwiches.
